Ordering

Over/Under Runs
We reserve the right to over or under run your order by ten percent unless you SPECIFY “Exact Quantity” on your purchase order.

Minimums
Absolute minimum is 15 pieces.

Acknowledgements
Orders are acknowledged via email/fax.

Artwork
Please supply artwork on CD or via e-mail. If art is e-mailed, we cannot be responsible for its content. All artwork that needs to be reworked or adjusted will be billed. Minimum art charge $37.50(X) in half hour increments. Color changes are $25(V).

Reorders
Reorder of same logo $45(V) set up.

Co-op programs
Special pricing available on bona-fide orders.

Corrections/Cancellations
ANY order in progress will be subject to ALL the costs incurred to date.

Set up charges
$32.50(V) for each color.

Proofs

An e-mailed .pdf proof is required for each order: $25.00(X)

Production time
Standard production is 14 working days from receipt of art and master CD at factory. Please see price sheet for faster delivery times and their respective prices.

Weights/Packaging
CD’s weight approximately 40 lbs. per thousand. Each CD weighs .5 of one ounce.

Returns
We reserve the right to replace merchandise or programming instead of issuing a credit. All claims must be in writing. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid. CDsalesnow will only accept merchandise with a WRITTEN RETURN AUTHORIZATION. NO CLAIMS OF ANY SORT AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE TO CUSTOMER.

Warranty
Our CD’s carry a lifetime warranty; but this does not include CD’s that are damaged by scratches or other physical damage that causes the CD to fail. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, CD warping, cracks or other physical failures.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in this web site.
